Version 7.02.08 Highlights:

Billing

• When a policy was reinstated, payment amounts --previously applied to installment charges-- were applied again to the billing balance resulting in a payment amount applied twice.  The installment charge payment amounts will no longer be reapplied during the reinstatement process.

Month End

• When policies were flat cancelled, flat charges were still being earned.  With the new fix, flat charge fees will not be earned on flat cancelled policies.  A new column (WRITTEN_FEE) has been added to the Premium Detail table to store written fee amounts to support this fix.
• The system was not earning flat charge fees when policies were issued with a future effective date in a following month.  The flat charge fee will now be fully earned during the first month of the policy term.
